Forever Bloom is a New Zealand-based business creating custom 3D-printed memorial flowers and related products, sold via foreverbloom.world.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept once we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion, for example due to stock availability or a suspected error in pricing.
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering, unless otherwise agreed for wholesale or business accounts. We use secure third-party payment processors.
Custom and personalised orders are made specifically for you based on the colours, text and details you provide. Please review any digital proof carefully before approving production, as we rely on your approval to proceed. Once production has begun on a custom order, it cannot be cancelled.

We make every effort to display our products, including colours, as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur between screen displays and finished products due to the nature of the printing and finishing process.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forever Bloom's liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products is limited to the value of the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
